This listing is for a handmade spikenard Pang Poi Incense from Nepal. Spikenard (Jatamasi) is one of the best ingredients for vata Dosha in Ayurveda, it is used in controlling the nerves and out of balance of mind. It is excellent for blood circulation, helping to regulate the heart.

It is made from the Nardostachys jatamasi which is a flowering plant of the valerian family that grows in the high Himalayas. It is a source of a type of intensely aromatic amber-colored essential oil, spikenard.

The incense pack contains 30 incense sticks and it comes with a small wooden incense burner.
