This statue is made of resin. It is hand-carved and handmade in Nepal by Nepalese artists.
Medicine Buddha is also known as a doctor who cures dukkha (suffering) using the medicine of his teachings. Medicine Buddha is surrounded by various herbs and medicine, with halos of healing energy radiating from his head and body.
This is a small statue perfect for an altar room, outdoors, and even for an office.
