Full handmade White Tara is handcrafted sculpture in Nepal by Nepalese Shakya craftsman. By and large, white tara is depicted in a position of nimble investigating ease with the two legs raised and crossed, showing a glorious class and serenity like found in this White Tara Copper Statue. Her right hand is widened dropping, palm open, with thumb and pointer reaching. This hand position is known as Varada Mudra, or the badge of giving wishes and security. Her left hand, raised to bear height with fingers widened and palm turned outward, is in the badge of permitting shelter and freeing from fears (Abhaya Mudra).
All our statues are handmade. Each piece is unique and it is impossible to reproduce exactly the same. Slight differences may therefore appear in the shapes, proportions, colors and materials used in our descriptions and specification sheets.
