A fully Gold Plated stunning Manjushree statue, meditational deity and considered a fully enlightened Bodhisattva. There was a story behind Manjushree, it was believed that the Kathmandu Valley was once a lake. Manjushree came on a journey from China. He saw a lotus blossom in the focal point of the lake, which discharged splendid brilliance. He cut a chasm at south part of Kathmandu, Chovar with his flaring sword to permit the lake to deplete. Where the lotus blossom settled turned into the incomparable Swayambhunath Stupa and the valley consequently became livable.
