This is a replica of the original peacock window located at Dattatray Square carved by one of our finest woodcarvers. This window has each and every intricate detail present in the original peacock window.
It consists of several small bird carvings with a large intricately decorated peacock carving in the center encircled by winding Nagas (Snakes) with tail feathers that form a lattice window.
The peacock window is a 15th-century window built-in Bhaktapur Nepal. Commonly referred to as the "Mona Lisa" of Nepal. It is one of the most precious artworks of Nepal. The Peacock Window is still in use today along with the Pujari Math building.
